Patrons present at the store got a chance to witness the live cooking demo of scrumptious Thai Green Curry by Mr. Jirajett Wongnorraset.
THE AUTHENTIC THAI DELICACIES AT LIVE COUNTER
Thai food trail begins at the live counter with Red Thai Curry Paste, Green Thai Curry Paste, Pad Thai Noodles, Thai Spring Rolls with Sweet Chili Sauce, Sautéed Greens in Basil and Chili sauce. Apart from these lip-smacking Thai dishes, there are many pastes and dipping sauce such as Chili Jaggery Sauce, Tamarind Dipping Sauce and Peanut Dipping Sauce for the patrons. Fruits are used in an innovative manner in salad recipes like Som Tam Salad (green papaya salad), Raw Mango Salad and Thai Pomelo (Grapefruit) Salad.

Offering more to the taste buds of the customers is the Foodhall’s cafe menu – Red Thai Curry with Jasmine Rice, Green Thai Curry with Jasmine Rice, Tofu Satay with Peanut Sauce, Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce, Thai Corn Cakes with Sweet Chili Sauce. A live Thai Wok will assemble the best flavours of East Asia – Vegetarian Tom Kha Soup, Chicken Tom Yum Soup with homemade fresh pasta such as Fresh Egg Noodles and Flat Rice Noodles.
